I'm a vegan recipe developer, cookbook author, and founder of Rainbow Plant Life. After graduating from Harvard Law School and working as a lawyer for four years, I exchanged my casebooks for cookbooks and launched my dream career.
As a teenager and then into my 20s, I saw salads as a chore, a "health food", something to be endured.
Much later, I discovered the principles behind making great salads and grew to like them. Eventually, I even became a "salad person" (one of those really annoying people that actually likes eating salad).
Learning how to make an amazing salad changed my life, so I wrote this book to share my love of salads with the world. I hope you grow to love them as much as I do.
